Scope of Work
Giant Flooring LLC, in partnership with Brock Contract Services, performed the complete flooring installation package for the new FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina — one of the largest and most advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing developments in the United States.

The scope included the certified installation of Nora rubber flooring across laboratory and technical areas requiring static control and high durability; sheet vinyl flooring with heat-welded seams in cleanrooms and controlled environments to provide seamless and hygienic surfaces; and carpet tile systems in administrative offices and meeting spaces for comfort and acoustic performance.

The project also included the installation of rubber flooring on stairs, landings, and nosings to ensure safety and long-term wear resistance, as well as cove base installation for a clean and sanitary perimeter finish.

In addition, rubber flooring was installed in gym and fitness areas, providing durability and slip resistance, and Altro commercial flooring was installed in kitchen and food preparation zones, meeting all health, safety, and slip-resistance standards.

All work was performed using manufacturer-certified methods, with precise surface preparation, detailed finishing, and technical coordination under highly regulated construction conditions — fully compliant with GMP, FDA, and safety requirements, delivering a durable, high-performance, and inspection-ready result throughout the facility.
