Scope of Work
Giant Flooring LLC, in partnership with Bonitz, Inc., completed the flooring installation for the North Carolina Central University Student Housing Complex, delivering high-quality finishes across multiple student apartment units and common areas.
The project included the installation of LVT flooring in residential units and carpet tile systems in corridors and shared spaces — combining durability, comfort, and acoustic performance suited for high-traffic student environments.
All installations were completed with precise surface preparation, clean transitions, and strict attention to design specifications, ensuring a uniform and professional finish throughout the complex.
